Return Policy

While we hope that you are in love with your Westmore Beauty purchase, we do understand that you may need to return a product. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return any new or gently-used products within 60 days of your purchase. 

For US orders, please send the products you would like to return with a copy of your order # (no RMA code required) to:

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (equal to the full purchase price) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 2-4 weeks to process the return. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance so that your item is protected and does not get lost in the mail. We are not responsible for lost shipments.

Westmore Beauty Retailer Partners: Westmore Beauty values its relationship with its retailers and strives to create policies that are mutually beneficial; therefore, all items purchased through our retailers and third-party resellers must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased, in accordance with their return policies. Please note that Westmore Beauty has no official sales channel on Amazon or eBay; any purchases made on those channels may be via third party and/or unauthorized sellers. 

 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customersupport@westmorebeauty.com.

 

Order Cancellations

We are unable to cancel an order once payment has been processed. Any returned packages will be refunded, per our return policy.

 

One-Time Purchase vs. Auto-Ship Subscriptions

Customers have the option of choosing One-Time Purchase or Auto-Ship when adding items to cart on Westmorebeauty.com. When you place an order using the Auto-Ship selection, your subscription will automatically create ongoing new orders according to your delivery schedule, until you cancel. You can cancel or modify your Auto-Ship subscription at any time via email. Please note that Auto-Ship subscriptions must be cancelled or modified 24-hours in advance of subsequent shipments to avoid being charged.

Standard Ground Service

Orders placed on Monday through Friday with standard ground service will be processed and shipped the same day, if received by 12pm (EST).

Orders placed after 12pm EST on weekdays, on weekends or an observed holiday will be processed and shipped the next business day

Most ground orders are delivered within 4-10 business days from the order ship date. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories may take longer.

Westmore Beauty is currently unable to accept orders for delivery to international addresses outside of the United States. Within the United States, we are unable to expedite shipments to P.O. Box addresses; entering a P.O. Box at check-out may delay delivery.

 

Expedited Service

 Expedited Delivery ($17.95) orders placed on Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day, if received by 2:30pm (EST).

Expedited orders placed on weekends or an observed holiday will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Expedited orders are expected to arrive in 2-4 business days from the order ship date.

Expedited service is not available on orders made to P.O. Boxes, and U.S. Territories addresses.
