To cancel your subscription please follow these steps: 

1. Click here and login to your account. If you do not have an account, please sign up for an account here with the email you used when ordering your product. 

2. Once logged in, click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

3. Then click on SUBSCRIPTIONS, then CANCEL. See image here for help: 

4. Select a reason for cancelling

5. Click Cancel My Subscription 

Your subscription will then be cancelled. 



On select packages and products, customers have the option of choosing One-Time Purchase or Auto-Ship when adding an item to cart. As noted on participating product listings, the "20% OFF "SUBSCRIBE & SAVE" option enrolls you in an ongoing subscription service. The week before your scheduled reshipment, you will receive a reminder email from Westmore Beauty. 

Please note that the Essentials VIP Subscription Package ($39.95) found on is ONLY available with auto-ship subscription. 

You can cancel or make changes at any time via email (, Customer Portal, or by calling Customer Service during business hours at 1-888-702-6131.

Please note that Auto-Ship subscriptions must be cancelled or modified 24-hours in advance of subsequent shipments to avoid being charged.



You can make changes to your account, including changing delivery schedule, changing shade, or cancelling subscription, by logging in to your account directly via the LOGIN link on the top right side of the main page. Note that you will need to set up an account using the same email address used when placing the order.



We are unable to cancel an order, including auto-shipment, once it's placed in our system, but customers are welcome to send back an products for a full refund within 60 days.

Please note that sending a product back for refund does not automatically cancel a subscription. Please follow the steps listed above to confirm subscription cancellation.
