If you purchased your product through westmorebeauty.com or our 800 number: we will gladly accept gently-used returns up to 60 days after purchase. You will be refunded for the amount of your return, less shipping and handling. To qualify for a full refund of purchased product(s), your return must include any gifts with purchase. Please contact our Customer Care at 1-888-702-6131, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) for a Return Authorization Code. Please include a note inside the box with your name, address, phone number and Return Authorization Code, along with the product that you are returning. If the returned product is received within 60 days, we will credit your account for the price of the returned items. Please allow 2-4 weeks to process the return. We are not responsible for lost shipments.
