For Foundation:
Apply with your hands or a foundation brush onto clean, dry skin or over an oil-free moisturizer. Start with a pea-sized amount of product and blend thoroughly. Reapply to build coverage.
For Concealer:
Apply a small dot directly over the spot you want to conceal, then gently tap and blend the edges with a brush or finger. Reapply if more coverage is needed. Coverage Perfector can be used as a concealer the following two ways:
Re-apply over Coverage Perfector foundation as a concealer on problem areas.
Apply as a concealer on bare skin over problem areas.
