If you’re not 100% satisfied with a product you purchased, you have 30 days to request a refund. Please send the items you’d like to return with either the invoice that was included in your shipment or a printout of your order confirmation email to the address below.

To help us improve, please also write the reason for your return on your invoice or printed confirmation email.

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns in all instances. All returns are subject to validation and approval. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance so that your item is protected and does not get lost in the mail. We are not responsible for lost shipments.
