RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your refund policy?
If you’re not 100% satisfied with a product you purchased, you have 30 days to request a refund.
Requests made within 30 days of purchase will be refunded to the original payment method, minus shipping & handling. We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns in all instances. All returns are subject to validation and approval.
If you receive a damaged product, our customer service team will be happy to exchange it for you. Simply chat with us and provide images of the damaged products.
Does your return policy apply to products purchased on Amazon?
Our return policy only applies to products purchased directly from Westmore Beauty. For purchases from other retailers, please contact their customer service department.
