How to Use

Step 1: Gua Sha Face Roller

Gently glide the eye roller beneath and on the sides of the eye to depuff and improve the look of under-eye bags for a refreshed appearance.

Using the flat side of the gua sha, glide it upward and outward along your forehead, cheekbones, and jawline to lift, sculpt, and encourage lymphatic drainage.

Step 2: 60-Second Eye Effects™

Apply onto clean, oil-free skin — no moisturizer. Dispense a pea-sized amount and sweep under eyes from inner corner outward. Blend with light sweeping motions, then gently tap to set. Keep facial muscles at rest for 60 seconds while drying.

You may feel a temporary tightening — this means it's working!

Step 3: 60-Second Lash Effects Mascara

Apply over clean, dry lashes. Wipe excess product from the mascara wand to avoid clumping. Starting from the root of the lash, wiggle the wand up through your lashes. If a more dramatic look is desired, apply a second coat. To remove: Apply warm water to the eyes with fingertips or a washcloth. Gently rub off the mascara.

Step 4: 60-Second Brow Effects

Start with clean, dry, oil-free brows. Wipe excess gel from the slanted brush tip — a little goes a long way! Apply with short, feathery strokes in the direction of hair growth, filling in sparse areas. Layer for more color and coverage.

Before the gel sets, style brows using the spoolie brush in an upward and outward motion to shape and lift.

"I had forgoten, this little beauty in the bottom of my make-up vanity when I ran across it cleanning it out. Of course, it was old! So I ordered the new and improved "60-Second Eye Effects". Still is a trick to apply. But it really does cover those dark under eye spots even better than before. Additionally, it I can't explain how the product does this when all others on the market, when purchasing you must select, light, medium, dark for the shade. This perfectly matched my skin tone.
