60-Second Lash Effects Mascara™ tightlines the eyes and coats every lash evenly from root to tip for added volume and an instant lash extension-like effect. The end result, a smudge-free, flake-free defined lash line for showstopping lashes all day long. Plus, it’s enriched with lash-loving ingredients like Shea Butter, Panthenol, and Hyaluronic Acid to help improve overall lash appearance over time.

How to Use

Step 1: 60-Second Eye Effects™

Apply onto skin cleansed with an oil-free cleanser. Do not apply moisturizer. Dispense a small pea-sized amount of product onto fingertip. Sweep gel under your eyes, starting at the inner corner and blending outward over fine lines, wrinkles and under-eye bags. Blend evenly with light sweeping motions. To set gel, gently tap fingertip over application area. Fan with fingers and keep facial muscles at rest for a full 60 seconds while product is drying. Use the Westmore Beauty Setting Fan to speed up the drying time. You may feel a temporary tightening – this means it’s working!

Step 2: 60-Second Lash Effects Mascara™

Apply over clean, dry lashes. Wipe excess product from the mascara wand to avoid clumping. Starting from the root of the lash, wiggle the wand up through your lashes. If a more dramatic look is desired, apply a second coat. To remove: Apply warm water to the eyes with fingertips or a washcloth. Gently rub off the mascara.
