"I loved the way the pencil liner glided on my eyelids and looked on. However, the point wore down and I have tried sharpening it with 3 different eye pencil sharpeners. None of them are working correctly and giving me a good point on the tip. If I can't sharpen it to factory specifications, I can't use it."

"Twice I only received 1 of the 2 shades ordered in the set. I reached out to customer service and was told there was nothing they could do because the brown shade was out of stock. I asked for a refund and have been ghosted ever since. The sad thing is, I ordered the black liner and liked it, that is why I came back for the set. Westmore Beauty should make it right."
